See your finished kitchen or bathroom in full 3D before construction begins. Layout, cabinetry, countertops, tile, lighting, and fixtures all reviewed and approved by you before a single item is purchased. Changes at the design stage cost nothing. Changes mid-construction cost significantly more. We design first so you never face that situation.
A fixed price before work starts
The quote you approve is the price you pay. We do not price low to win the job and recover margin through change orders. Our scope is detailed, our pricing is transparent, and our fixed price reflects the actual cost of doing the work properly with licensed trades, correct permits, and quality materials.
Full permit management across every GTA municipality
Kitchen and bathroom renovation permits are required whenever plumbing is relocated, electrical is upgraded, gas lines are modified, or structural work is involved. The permit authority differs across the GTA. We manage the correct process for your municipality entirely. You never contact a building department.
