They do care about their customer even two years after my renovation. The under- cabinet-lights failed last Friday. I texted Tina for help that weekend. The following Monday evening, Eric and Johnson came and troubleshot the problem even though they were busy with other client.

We had our ensuite bathroom fully renovated by Smart Renovations. From working with their knowledgeable in house design team to having the work done by their professional construction team, the experience was excellent and stress free. Their pricing was fair and the work done was accomplished in record time and with quality workmanship. The few concerns we had during the renovation process were immediately dealt with to our satisfaction by the Smart Renovation team. If you are planning to do a bathroom or kitchen renovation, you will be very happy hiring Smart Renovations to do your project and you will love the final product as we do. We highly recommend them.

So many companies tell you they have exceptional after sales service…Tina truly does. Two and a half years after doing my beautiful kitchen I called her for someone to look at my under mount lights…she had someone come within a week and fixed the issue. Tina knows how to service customers and provides exceptional service. Would highly recommend them if you are considering a Reno.

We cannot say enough positive things about Tina, Felicia, the crew involved with our home (Christine, Daniel, Danny, Jason and Jerome) and everyone else at Smart Renovations. They completed work on our entryway, kitchen and two bathrooms in record time and to our precise wishes. We have worked with many contractors over the last few months and can safely say that they were the most committed to customer service. A lot of time was spent with us on design and customization. There were some structural challenges in our entryway that they were able to creatively solve. They were the only contractor we worked with where “impossible” was never the answer. From the initial consultation until the last bit of work, we felt taken care of. I have already recommended them to friends and family and look forward to working with them again in the future!

I love my new kitchen and laundry room! The customer service was outstanding, with Felicia, Tina and Jenn promptly answering all of my questions by email. The designer (Jen) was patient, and creative in helping me design the layout. The installers were precise (used lasers) and took great pride in their work. The install was on time and the cost was competitive ( better) than other quotes. I highly recommend Smart Renovations.

Smart Renovations renovated my main bathroom and my kitchen. Tina and her crew were excellent to work with. Customer care is nothing short of stellar from this company. I love my bathroom and kitchen. Much attention was given to the details I wanted, and the company stuck to the agreed timelines even though the work was done throughout the pandemic. I would recommend Smart Renovations in a heartbeat. Thank you Tina and crew for a job well done!

When we reached out to Smart Renovations for our kitchen renovation project, and the very first day Tina came to our home to talk things over and give us an estimate, she was very professional and that first impression was big. Through out the period of the project Tina and her team were fantastic from the demolition stage to completion, every one we came across from the office staff to the guys that did the job onsite were incredible. We are very grateful we had Tina and her team renovate our kitchen and will highly recommend them because they are real professionals.

Undertaking any renovation is nerve wracking, but from the first appointment until completion, the team at Smart Renovations made the experience a positive one. A kitchen, laundry room, and powder room reno went seamlessly, and we are so very pleased with the results. A special thank you to Tina, Jen, Christine, Norma, Felicia, and the crew (Johnson, Owen and Eric), who were all instrumental in making the project a success.

I cannot say enough about this company. They deserve the Houzz award every single year. We hired them for our bathroom renovation and every person along the way was wonderful. The quote was in line with what we were expecting and did not go one cent over unless we added something. Their team of David and Winnie were awesome. Every day they laid their sheets to protect our floors and picked them up at the end of the day. We love the fact that they came every day and didn’t go to other jobs in between. They didn’t stop until they were finished. The staff at Tina‘s office were also amazing. We worked with Felicia on the plans and the end result was absolutely amazing. They always wanted to make sure we were happy. Emails and phone calls were always returned promptly which I love. This company is our go to place for all our future renovations without a doubt. I would highly recommend them and no point in wasting any time checking out other companies.
