We are both a licensed design firm and a licensed general contractor. You deal with one team, not a designer and a separate builder who argue about whose fault it is when something does not line up.
The number we quote is the number you pay
Before demolition starts, you get a fully itemised fixed-price quote. Labour, materials, permits, timeline – everything. If the scope changes, we tell you and get your approval before we spend a dollar more.
A warranty you will actually use if you need it
Every project comes with a 1-Year Labour Warranty. If anything we built is not right within a year of handover, we come back and fix it. Call us. No fees, no debate.
Permits and paperwork are our problem
Building permits, condo board submissions, ESA coordination, inspection scheduling – we have done this in every major GTA municipality. You do not need to figure any of it out.

Once the design is ready, we’ll invite you to our showroom for a design review with one of our designers. This appointment usually takes about 2 hours or more and includes reviewing the design and selecting materials.
